1.Trainning period: in the first 1-3 months, new workers get 174yuan/m as their cost of living.
2.After mounting guard, the workers get their salary according to the amount of products. Every working day, they get 30 to 35 yuan. If they do well in their work, they can get 40yuan per day.
3.There are allowance for middle shift and night shift. Middle shift allowance 3 yuan per shift, and night shift allowance 5 yuan per shift, and mounting guard allowance 2.5 yuan to 3.5yuan per shift.

5. Supply room and board.

1. Work 22 days every month, 8 days for rest.
2.Practise four shifts three running working system, and work 8 hours everyday.
